The first wedding of the year for 2019, and I was back at the lovely Rochford Hotel for a spring wedding for Skye and Craig. We had a few showers on the day, but the weather held off for the photos after the ceremony.
The bride and her attendants all got ready at the hotel. The bride wore a beautiful dress from Serena Bridals. I think we can all agree with her dad how stunning she looked. Skye had a colour theme of dusky pink and cream.
When I'm photographing a wedding, I love to capture those images that the bride and groom never get to see during the wedding, and also the whole atmosphere of the day, so I just love this one of the bridesmaid taking a peek at everyone getting ready in the next room.
Craig was a bit nervous on the day, but had his wonderful groomsmen to support him as his beautiful bride swept down the aisle watched by all their family and friends.
After the ceremony there was the chance for group and informal photos of the guests, plus the more private couple portraits for the bride and groom.
The marquee at the Rochford Hotel looked wonderful decked out in pinks and cream for the wedding breakfast.
Everyone then enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by the Rochford Hotel catering team, followed by the after dinner speeches by the father of the bride, groom and the best man.
