It only seems a minute ago that we had the Christmas school holidays, and now the February half term is already upon us.

I'm so excited to see the opening of the new Call of the Wild Zoo on the old Tropical Wings site in South Woodham Ferrers. I can't wait to visit.

Southend Luminocity

And I'm even more excited for this event. Southend LuminoCity is just one of many amazing events happening throughout February and the rest of 2022 in celebration of Southend's newly awarded City Status. Over four dazzling nights during February Half Term, ten large-scale light installations from around the world will transform Southend, inviting residents and visitors to experience the city in a new light.

Easton Lodge

Snowdrops are one of the first flowers of the year and are so beautiful in the winter sun. The gardens are open at the Lodge for the snowdrops on Sundays and Thursdays.
